SYDNEY
Dawn Reflection
Barabiyanga. In the words of the ancient Eora people, these are the precious moments before the
first rays of light paint the shores of our island home.
Australia Day in Sydney starts with a reflective moment in Circular Quay to honour the nation’s traditional custodians and witness First Nations artwork projected onto the country’s most iconic canvas, the Sydney Opera House.
Everyone is welcome to pause, reflect and remember by viewing this powerful display from vantage points around the harbour.
Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay, 5.20-5.40am
