The 29th Nannup Australia Day Breakfast is an inclusive event where the whole community can come together to reflect, respect, and celebrate. Start the day with an Indigenous Welcome to Country ceremony that honors the Wardandi people and their connection to the land, followed by a traditional Aussie BBQ breakfast. A special Indigenous cultural activity will provide an opportunity to engage with local Indigenous language, music, and traditions. Following this, the Nannup Citizen of the Year Awards will be held to recognise the outstanding contributions of local heroes who have made a significant impact in the community. This event highlights unity, cultural appreciation, and the incredible spirit of Nannup, celebrating both our shared and diverse heritage.
