Key processes (what needs to be done)?

  1. Work with local Indigenous/ethnic groups
  2. Council is best to advise on who and how
  3. Use checklist to ensure inclusivity in programming g/invitations

This takes time so start approaching and inviting Indigenous groups, multicultural or ethnic community councils (if they exist) early—a late approach looks like an afterthought.
