Australia Day in the Office
Congratulations to Carers Queensland who won $400 worth of catering for their Australia Day in the Office celebration.
The organisation hosted a true blue Aussie BBQ today, with staff donning their best green and gold gear and celebrating with backyard cricket, thong throwing and fly swatting.
Queenslanders sure know how to celebrate, with a record number of registrations! So thank you for participating and joining in the national Australia Day in the Office program.
We will let you know when the 2014 program is open for registration, however in the meantime you might be interested in a similar initiative being held later this year.
Queensland Week will be held from 1–9 June 2013 and organisations will be encouraged to host Queensland Day in the Office celebrations on 6 June. It will be the perfect excuse to wear maroon to the office and celebrate with all things Queensland.
