Celebrate Australia Day with family and friends at a concert featuring some of the country’s most popular music acts. The free twilight concert will be held at the Whitehorse Civic Centre lawns (Soundshell Stage).The concert begins at 6pm with children’s entertainers The Mudcakes. Special guest headline act Mahalia Barnes (as seen on The Voice) and The Soul Mates will get the crowd up on their feet before U2 tribute act Achtung Baby take to the stage. The concert will draw to a close with a spectacular 15 minute fireworks display. The Whitehorse Australia Day Awards will be presented earlier in the evening, along with a special citizenship ceremony prior to the concert. Free rides and amusements will be available from 4.30pm and Food stalls will operate from 5.30pm onwards.
