Community members are warmly invited to attend our Australia Day celebrations on Saturday 26 January, 2013, and enjoy an afternoon of entertainment and celebrations.Council will hold a function at Country Club Tasmania from 4pm to 6pm (followed by refreshments) and will include the presentation of Australia Day Awards to Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Community Event of the Year and Sports Award.Volunteer Recognition certificates will be awarded and a Citizenship Ceremony will also be held.Entertainment will be provided by the highly popular local soprano Tamsyn Tabuyo from Chudleigh.If you would like to attend this event please RSVP to Merrilyn on 6393 5317 by Monday 21st January, as seating is limited.
