Luscious roasts, succulent barbequed steaks, spectacular local seafood and fresh salads will showcase everything great about Australian produce.
With the food served as a spectacular buffet of meats, seafood, vegetables and salads, diners will have the freedom to feast on whatever they choose, as often as they like.
The buffet continues for dessert with perfect pavlovas and of course Australia’s national cake, the ever-popular Lamington.
