Jeff Sayle
Jeff Sayle has had 50 years involvement with rugby.
He has been involved with rugby since the age of eight. He has played in the Junior Teams both under 8’s and the under 21’s.
Jeff in total has played 382 games of Senior Level Rugby from the year 1961 to 1980.
He has represented:
- Sydney & NSW Juniors
- Sydney & NSW Seniors
- Australia 1967
- Australian Barbarians
Jeff has coached:
- Sydney & NSW Juniors
- Sydney & NSW Seniors
- Australia under 17’s
- Australian Barbarians
- Randwick (which got 7 Premierships)
Jeff was the President of the Randwick Rugby Club for 7 years.
Jeff has been a part of the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club and the Australian Reserve Champions surf boat at Coogee Surf Life Saving Club. Jeff recently received a 50 year pin for his involvement with Coogee Life Saving Club.
Jeff is currently a Patron of Randwick Rugby Club and has recently been awarded in the Randwick Rugby Club Hall of Fame.
Jeff recently received an award from the Randwick City Council for community service to sport in the local area.
